General Instructions
 
1. Timings
Normally classes will be held between 9.30 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Friday.
 
2. Evaluations and Examination
Regular and continuous evaluation will be carried out through the academic year theoretically as well as practically which will be based on assignments, project work, Viva, practical, and the continuous evaluations. Students securing less than 40% marks in any of the subject will have to reappear for the examination as the supplementary examination.
 
3. Supplementary Examinations
Evaluations and Examination for supplementary candidates will be held between the Semesters. Unsuccessful candidates must check from the office of the Institute regarding the date of the next Evaluation/Examination.
 
4. Diplomas
Successful candidates will be awarded the Diploma at the Annual Valedictory Function,the date and time of which will be communicated to the students by post.
 
5. Presentation Skills
Making effective presentation is an essential corporate need, be it for placing proposals, suggesting policies or submitting reports. The Curriculum of our training includes not only explaining what are presentation skills, but also helps in developing these skills.Every student is provided with expert guidance and opportunity to make presentations with the help of Over Head Projector (OHP) , PPTs, Laptops etc during the training.
 
6. Attendance
All the students shall be regular and punctual throughout the academic year Students must have 75% attendance.
 
7. Internship/On the Job Training
All students must undergo a minimum of one month's on the job training in any organization of their choice after the final examination. The Institute's certificate, from the concerned organization where one undergoes training is to be submitted to the office for records. Diploma will be awarded only to those students who undergo internship/on the job training and produce the proof of the same.
 
8. Disciplines on the campus
 
Irregular attendance, indecency, unsatisfactory progress, disobedience or misconduct on the MCTBS premises will render a student liable for dismissal at any time. It is compulsory for students to obtain at least 'B Grade in discipline to be eligible to get Diploma beside fulfilling all other conditions.
 
9. Extra Curricular Activities
All students are encouraged to participate in extra curricular activities as a necessary part of personality Development.
