Dr.Sandeep Saxena specializes in Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Managerial economics, International Economics and National Income Accounting. Before joining Mount Carmel Business School he served P.G.D.A.V College (Delhi University) and Gurunanak Institute of Management & technology as a senior faculty. He also worked as Subject Expert (in Economics) in various educational institutes. His teaching and administrative experience spanning over 14 years in different leading management institutions. He also Organized Economics Olympiad from 1994 to 2002 in Delhi. He is also holding Pilot license (SPL) from Delhi Flying Club, New Delhi.
He practices interactive methodology of teaching, which promotes deep understanding and clarity of the concepts with effective and wide participation of the student in the classroom. He has his Ph.D. on “Role of RRB’s” in the upliftment of the weaker section of the society-AN empirical study of Faridabad District”. |

Manjeet Chandran specialized in English communication skills. She also hold a diploma in Computer Science and worked as a Master Trainer with Intel, training students and staff in computer related skills. She has more than 24 years of teaching and administrative experience. Before joining Mount Carmel Business School she worked as a Supervisor in an international school in Jakarta, Indonesia (5years). She has worked as Principal of an Air Force school at Jaisalmer, Rajasthan for 3 years.
An integral part of her assignments has been managing the recruitment process from screening to selection and induction of new staff; evaluation of personnel, supervising the proper implementation of training programs and ensuring a healthy and enjoyable work climate.
A keen student of human nature; she has the ability to establish and maintain a rapport with people of diverse temperaments and interests. Her chief skills lie in making learning an enjoyable experience. |
