Medium of Instruction
The medium of instruction of the Institute is English.
Admission Procedure
Applications for admission are to be submitted in the prescribed form along with two copies of passport sized photographs. Admission will be closed when the course capacity is filled up. Applicants for the various courses will be interviewed by the Head before being granted
admission.
Identity Card
The student will be issued an Identity Card by the Institute soon after the enrolment. The identity cards must be returned to the office at the end of the Course.
Faculty
The Institute has highly qualified and experienced full time faculty who are dedicated to the teaching profession. Besides professionals from renowned Industries are invited at regular intervals to share their practical experiences with the students.
Books & Periodicals
The Center is well stocked with books, text and study materials on all subjects relevant to various courses. The Students are a4qllowed to refer to the same during the tenure they are with Mount Carmel Business School.
Teaching Methodology
The teaching methodology at the institute emphasizes the importance of learning through direct experience. Students are guided to make a successful transition from education to employment and taught how to manage their careers effectively. Interactive sessions, practical assignments, projects and presentations, all form an integral part of the programme curriculum.
Computing Facilities
Computers equipped with Internet access and latest software constitute an integral part of the Institute. The students are encouraged to use these computers whenever they are free with the prior permission of the Head.
MCTBS Students Group (MSG)
A creative environment supplements and enriches the development of any student. With this in mind, the MCTBS's Students Group hosts an array of co-curricular events and activities during the programme. A thriving, learning atmosphere and the dynamic energy of live performance stimulate imagination and inspire students to enhance their personality, greatly helping them in their career and job prospects. Students are encouraged to lead and reinvent one or more of the various events and activities. It provides opportunity to practically experience and enhance the leadership and event organizing capabilities of the students.
Career Development Cell (CDC)
CDC's main function is to create awareness among students about the changing market and corporate scenario and its impact on the job opportunities and career path of the students.

Admission to the Institute is open to all young students without any distinction of caste, creed or religion. The institute reserves the right to refuse admission to any applicant without assigning any reason.
Structure of Courses
All courses conducted by the Institute are designed to be strictly in accordance with the requirements of the current market scenario. Personal attention to candidates is an important feature of all the courses in the Institute. The courses generally aim at providing the candidates with a key and a method to unravel the intricacies of the subject with special reference to the market demand. Teaching is directed towards developing mental alertness of the candidates.
