Enrollment
Enrollment fee Rs 1500 /- (non refundable) by cash at the
centre window.
Certificates required for enrollment
Post Graduate Programme in Management + MBA
Master of Computer Application (MCA)
- Date of birth certificates
- Final year mark sheet or its equivalent in any discipline from any recognized University / Institution.
Candidates whose results are still awaited may also apply. Though the admission may be valid after the submission of final year mark sheet.
Graduate Programme in Management + BBA
Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)
- Date of birth certificates
- 12th standard mark sheet.
Candidates whose results are still awaited may also apply. Though the admissions may be valid after the submission of class 12th standard mark sheet.
Entrance test
Entrance test will be held for the enrolled candidates (who have not appeared either in MAT / CAT / UGAT etc at MCTBS College centre at the date and time notified by the admission department.
The List of successful candidates according to the merit basis will be displayed
on centre notice board within 2 days of the conduct of the entrance test.
Interview
All the candidates who qualify the entrance will be called for the personal interview according to the schedule displayed with the result.
Final Selection
A list of finally selected candidates is prepared strictly in the order of merit based on their combined performance in the entrance test and interview. The final list of the selected candidates will be displayed on the notice board of the institute within 2 days of the conduct of the Interview.
Admission fee
Candidates selected for admission will deposit the required amount by Demand Draft in favor of Mount Carmel School Society, within the period stipulated for the purpose, failing which the selection stands automatically cancelled without any further notice. The last date of the submission of fee will be notified with the final selection list. Fee once deposited will not be refunded.
Provisional Admissions
Candidates who have been short listed for admission to the course and whose results are still awaited; such candidates can submit their original certificates to the admission department as soon as they obtain them before the commencement of the first Semester Examination of the Institute.
A candidate who fail to produce the qualifying examination's mark sheet/certificate in original, before the commencement of the first semester examination of the institute, the provisional admission will stand cancelled and fee forfeited.
